Job summary

Mercy Center for Performance Medicine Outpatient Surgery Center is seeking a Surgical Technologist to support the Operating Room team. The role ensures delivery of surgical instruments to the team, coordinates patient care with colleagues, and protects patient rights and confidentiality.

This full-time day shift position offers a $7,500 sign-on bonus and a comprehensive benefits package. Requirements include a HS diploma or GED, with non-certified applicants considered if surgical tech

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED required; non-certified applicants may be considered with acceptable surgical technology experience.
• Surgical Technology experience or Graduate with a Degree in Surgical Technology or completion certification from an accredited program preferred.
• BLS through the American Heart Association

Responsibilities

• Maintains accountability for the provision of surgical instruments to the surgical team.
• Coordinates the care of the surgical patient with other team members and maintains patient rights and confidentiality.
