Job summary

Mercy St. Louis is seeking a Surgical Technologist to support the Operating Room team, ensuring timely delivery of instruments and supplies to the surgical team while upholding patient rights and safety.

Join a Level I Trauma Center and Burn Center with a wide range of specialties. Both graduate and experienced technologists are welcome; part-time and full-time positions available, with a $7,500 sign-on bonus to new hires.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Certified Surgical Technologists encouraged to apply; non-certified candidates with acceptable surgical technology experience may be considered.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.

Responsibilities

• Maintains accountability for supplying surgical instruments to the team.
• Coordinates care of the surgical patient with other team members.
• Performs duties in alignment with Mercy mission, values, and service standards.
