Job summary

Azza HealthCare Agency is seeking a Surgical Technologist to support surgeons in the operating room, ensuring aseptic techniques and patient safety.

Responsibilities include preparing the OR, verifying surgical sites, handling specimens, assisting with wound care, and on-call duties with a 30-minute response time. Qualifications

• Must hold CST certification or be eligible under applicable laws.
• Graduate from an accredited specialty training program.
• Strong knowledge of aseptic techniques, equipment, and surgical procedures.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment, follow protocols, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Prepare operating room and verify surgical sites.
• Manage supplies and handle specimens.
• Maintain sterile environments and assist with wound care.
• Participate in surgical briefings and student precepting.
• Assist with patient transport and post-mortem care.
• Ensure policy compliance and perform quality control.
