Job summary

Vetted Solutions is seeking a dedicated Surgical Technologist to join our clinical team. You will assist surgeons, maintain sterile technique, prepare the operating room, handle instruments and specimens, and support patient care throughout procedures.

The role requires CST certification (or exemption) and completion of a Specialty Training Program, with on-call duties and 12-hour shifts. Benefits start day one, including health plans, PTO, and tuition reimbursement.

Qualifications

• Current CST certification or exemption under applicable law.
• Completion of a Specialty Training Program is required.
• Willingness to rotate shifts and accept on-call duties.

Responsibilities

• Prepare the operating room and assist surgical teams.
• Verify surgical sites and manage instruments.
• Handle specimens and ensure proper labeling.
• Maintain safety protocols and sterile technique.
• Assist with patient admission, discharge, and documentation.
• Respond to emergencies and participate in on-call rotations.
• Serve as a preceptor for students.
