Clearway Pain Solutions in Salisbury, MD is seeking a Certified Surgical Technologist under general supervision to assist with surgical procedures, prepare the operating room, sterilize instruments, and maintain a sterile environment for patient safety.

Responsibilities include passing instruments to surgeons, confirming patient identity and procedure, supporting team communication, documenting required records, mentoring new staff, and upholding HIPAA and OSHA standards throughout daily

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Must possess and maintain CST certification.
• Must possess and maintain BLS certification.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills; customer service focused.
• Ability to work well in a team and handle multiple tasks.

Responsabilités

• Prepare and organize the operating room; maintain sterile field.
• Assist surgeons by passing instruments and assisting with PPE.
• Verify patient identity and consent; participate in time-out procedures.
• Maintain patient records and ensure HIPAA compliance.
• Train and mentor new procedure room staff; ensure equipment readiness.
