Memorial Hermann Health System in Stafford, Texas is seeking a Surgical Technologist for a staff, on-site role working 40 hours per week with 8-hour shifts. The position involves supporting surgical services and ensuring equipment readiness in a fast-paced hospital environment.

Responsibilities include assisting in operating rooms, coordinating with surgical teams, and maintaining equipment to meet regulatory and safety standards while contributing to high-quality patient care.

Formación

• Education: Associate degree in related field or equivalent Military Education.
• Licenses/Certifications: None.
• Experience / Knowledge / Skills: Five (5) years of experience repairing and maintaining biomedical equipment.
• Moderate knowledge of networking, programming, hardware and software, and industry standards.
• Must have physical strength, coordination and motor skills to perform tasks.

Responsabilidades

• Maintains and repairs hospital biomedical equipment to regulatory standards.
• Performs PM and safety inspections on equipment.
• Coordinates with vendors and documents activities.
• Provides technical support and on-call assistance as needed.
