Job summary

LMH Health is hiring a Surgical Technologist to join the patient care team in Kansas. The role involves acting as the surgical scrub helper under supervision, preparing instruments, maintaining sterile technique, and supporting the operating room team.

Qualified candidates will have a Surgical Technologist program, or significant scrub experience, plus BLS. Commitment to confidentiality, safety, and continuous learning is essential, with a schedule of five 8-hour shifts Monday through Friday.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a Surgical Technologist program or 5 years of scrub technician experience.
• BLS Certification required.
• Preferred: Certification in Surgical Technology.

Responsibilities

• Promote LMH Health's vision and PI philosophy.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to deliver optimal patient services.
• Prepare instrumentation and set up cases per physician preferences.
• Participate in performance improvement and QA activities.
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to safety policies.
