Job summary

Pain Management Resources, P.S.C. is seeking a certified Surgical Technologist to join our operating room team in Paducah, KY. You will prep ORs, maintain sterile fields, and assist surgeons throughout procedures.

Responsibilities include instrument passing, patient positioning, draping, and ensuring infection control protocols are followed. A Technical Diploma and CST certification are required, with a valid driver’s license for this on-site role.

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited Surgical Technologist program.
• CST certification is required.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Prepare operating rooms with instruments, equipment and sterile supplies.
• Maintain a sterile field during procedures.
• Scrub in and assist surgeons by passing instruments and supplies.
• Count sponges, needles and instruments for accuracy.
• Prepare and position patients for surgery.
• Assist with draping and site preparation.
• Operate sterilization equipment and handle instruments properly.
• Document surgical case information as required.
