Job summary

ARMStaffing is seeking a Surgical Technologist for a 13-week contract in Vail, CO. The technologist ensures a sterile field and provides instruments to the surgical team under RN supervision.

Requirements include CST program completion or licensure, Colorado CST license, and BLS certification. Computer skills are required within 90 days; travel-friendly benefits are offered by ARMStaffing.

Qualifications

• Completion of a CST program and/or licensed CST.
• Licensed as a Surgical Technologist in Colorado.
• BLS certification (American Heart Association).
• Must obtain or have required computer skills within 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Maintain sterile field and provide instrumentation during procedures.
• Monitor sterile environment and address contamination or breaks.
• Assist with patient transport, turnover, and room prep.
• Participate in Time Out and perioperative communication.
• Stay current with new tech and procedures; follow HIPAA practices.
