Job summary

Talentburst, Inc is seeking an experienced Surgical Technologist to support the operating room on an onsite contract. The role involves 12-hour days, three days per week, with a potential night shift once per week and a 13-week assignment starting 11/16/2026.

Compensation includes $16.90 per hour and a weekly stipend of $1,050, with guaranteed hours and a short-term commitment at a private facility in a fast-paced OR setting.

Qualifications

• 1 year of OR experience required
• BLS is required
• NBSTSA certification preferred
• Epic charting experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Scrub and prep for surgical cases in ambulatory OR and hospital settings.
• Maintain sterile technique and aseptic environment throughout procedures.
• Assist surgeons and nurses with patient positioning and instrumentation.
• Monitor patient vitals and respond to intraoperative needs promptly.
• May cover one night shift per week as needed.
