Operating Room Technician - OR Technologist - Travel

TNAA TotalMed Allied is seeking a travel Surgical Technologist for a 13‑week assignment in Atlanta, Georgia. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of recent acute care experience and be able to work a 12‑hour night shift schedule, 36 hours per week.

As a Travel OR Tech, you will assist the surgical team during operative procedures by arranging and inventorying sterile set‑up, passing items to doctors and nurses as needed, and performing all aspects of aseptic technique. You will set up the required equipment and sterile supplies for your assigned cases, pull cases as needed, and break down cases at the end of each procedure. You will be knowledgeable regarding instrumentation, equipment, and supply needs for all types of surgical procedures and will perform delegated duties consistent with your scope of practice.

All OR/Surgical Technicians are required to hold the NBSTSA Certification or NCCT Certification. The fast‑paced environment requires good stress coping skills and the ability to relate to people of all ages and backgrounds.
