Job summary

The ideal candidate holds a Surgical Technology certificate and an Associate's Degree, with BLS certification within 30 days. Sign-on and relocation bonuses are available as part of the package.

Qualifications

• BLS certification within 30 days per AHA standards.
• Certificate of Completion in Surgical Technology.
• Associate's Degree in Surgical Technology.

Responsibilities

• Prepare for surgeon-specific procedures with timely, accurate setup.
• Ensure instruments, equipment, and sutures are complete and functional.
• Set up sterile field and scrub in prior to patient entry.
• Organize back table and mayo for efficient case flow.
• Provide needed supplies and anticipate case needs.
• Collaborate with surgeon to adjust as needed.
