Adventist Health in Marysville, CA is seeking a Surgical Technologist to support the operating room team. The role involves handling instruments, equipment, and supplies to facilitate invasive, therapeutic and diagnostic procedures, while maintaining sterile technique and patient safety.

Qualified candidates will have an associate degree or certificate in Surgical Technology, with NBSTSA/AST certification preferred and CPR/BLS preferred.

Formación

• Associate Degree or Certificate of Program Completion in Surgical Technology required.
• Certification by NBSTSA or AST preferred.
• CPR/BLS certification preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Facilitates physician’s performance of invasive, therapeutic and diagnostic procedures.
• Handles instruments, supplies and equipment during surgical procedures.
• Maintains sterile field and ensures patient safety throughout the operation.
• Counts instruments with circulator and provides required supplies as needed.
