Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent as a minimum qualification.
• Surgical Technologist Certification (CST) required if employed after 2013.
• 12 months to less than 3 years of healthcare experience.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.

Responsabilidades

• Function in OR as Surgical Technologist supporting the surgeon and team.
• Maintain aseptic technique and proper instrument setup.
• Scrub on cases, organize instrumentation and participate in counts.
• Prepare instruments, supplies, and equipment for cases.
• Assist in positioning, turning, and turnover of the room.
• Participate in quality improvement and staff orientation.
