Required are a high school diploma or GED, 0–2 years of experience, and certification or eligibility by the AST. Strong communication and computer skills are essential; candidates must be prepared to lift and stand for long periods.

Qualifikationen

• 0–2 years of experience as a surgical technologist advisable.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and computer literacy.

Aufgaben

• Clean and handle instruments following standard policies.
• Assist in setting up OR and maintain sterile field.
• Adhere to infection control, PPE, and aseptic techniques.
• Maintain instrument counts and assist the surgical team as needed.
• Respond to emergencies and participate in team briefings/debriefings.
