Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduate of a Surgical Technology program ABHES/CAAHEP or state program.
• Certified through NBSTSA or NCCT and CPR certification required.
• 0–2 years of related experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain a sterile field for surgical procedures.
• Anticipate and provide instrumentation and supplies for surgery.
• Assist with case turnover and patient flow in the OR.
• Maintain counts of sponges, needles, and instruments with RN staff.
• Perform high-level disinfection and assist in specialty cases as needed.
