Responsibilities

• Maintains sterile field and anticipates instrumentation for procedures.
• Prepares and passes instruments, sutures, and supplies.
• Maintains correct counts of sponges, needles, and instruments with RN.
• Facilitates case turnover and patient flow.
• Assists with high-level disinfection and environmental tasks.
