Job summary

Advocate Health Burlington - Surgery Center seeks a Surgical Technologist for a full-time 40-hour week. The role requires an accredited Surgical Technology program and BLS; no prior experience is needed. You will assist in the OR, prepare instruments, and maintain sterile technique throughout procedures.

Qualifications

• Completed accredited Surgical Technology program.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required within 6 months.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain sterile field and aseptic technique throughout procedures.
• Assist surgeons by passing instruments and preparing supplies.
• Prepare operating room and transport equipment as needed.
• On-call weekends with arrival within 30 minutes.
