Carle Health seeks a Surgical Technician to join the Operating Room team in Fort Worth, TX. You will support intraoperative care under RN supervision across full-time and part-time shifts with a $5,000 sign-on bonus and relocation assistance for eligible candidates.

Education includes an Associate’s Degree or Surgical Technology certificate with BLS within 30 days. Join a collaborative perioperative team focused on safe patient care and ongoing professional growth.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree or Surgical Technology certificate required.
• BLS certification within 30 days of hire.
• Independent scrubs basic surgical procedures; knowledge of anatomy and perioperative care.

Responsibilities

• Maintains sterile environment and aseptic technique.
• Organizes and coordinates supplies and equipment for efficiency.
• Ensures safety and compliance with hospital policies.
• Charges for equipment and supplies.
• Assists with room turnover and setup.
• Performs sterilization and disinfection per policy.
• Scrubs for Medical Students, Residents, and other students.
• Prepares OR rooms for the next patient.
