New graduates or students in the second year of an accredited program are encouraged to apply; clinical ladder advancement opportunities are available.

Qualifikationen

• Completion of a recognized Surgical Technologist program, or equivalent surgical technologist experience is required.
• National certification and CPR certification are required within 6 months of graduation or start date.
• Maintains current CPR certification.

Aufgaben

• Performs scrub technologist duties for scheduled surgeries in the Main Operating Room.
• Assists with draping and utilization of instruments for a surgery and patient age group.
• Demonstrates knowledge of sterile technique and sterilization procedures.
