Job summary

Memorial Home Services is seeking a Full-Time Surgical Technologist for the Main Operating Room. The position requires scrub tech duties for scheduled surgeries, assisting with draping and instrument handling, and maintaining sterile technique throughout procedures.

New graduates are encouraged to apply; completion of an accredited program or equivalent experience is required. A $20,000 sign-on bonus is available and clinical ladder advancement opportunities exist.

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited Surgical Technologist program or equivalent experience is required.
• Anatomy and physiology coursework is preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.

Responsibilities

• Scrub technologist duties for scheduled surgeries in the Main OR.
• Assist with draping and instrument usage for each case.
• Maintain sterile technique and antisepsis throughout procedures.
• Support room setup and turnover between cases.
• Assist circulator with equipment checks and supply retrieval.
• Ensure accurate counting of sponges, needles, and instruments.
