Job summary

Cottage Hospital in Woodsville, NH, seeks a Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) for a full-time, on-site role with a Monday–Thursday schedule (7:00 AM – 4:30 PM) plus on-call. You will prepare instruments, maintain a sterile field, assist surgeons, and support safe, efficient surgical care in a close-knit, mission-driven environment.

The ideal candidate is a CST (or eligible) with 1–2 years of experience, though we are open to training the right person.

Qualifications

• Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) or eligible.
• Technical/other training in related field.
• 1–2 years of experience preferred; training available for the right candidate.

Responsibilities

• Prepare instruments and equipment and maintain a sterile field.
• Assist surgeons during procedures and ensure accurate counts.
• Support patient safety and post-case turnover.
• Assist with patient positioning and transfers.
• Clean and process equipment, including endoscopy scopes, and support room turnover.
