Medical Solutions Direct Hire in Saint Mary Of The Woods, Indiana is seeking an Operating Room Certified Surgical Technologist for a permanent, full-time role in an acute care hospital setting. This position offers a broad case mix, consistent day shifts, Cerner charting, and long-term career growth within a collaborative surgical services team.

A $10,500 sign-on bonus is included and the role involves 4x10s with call and weekend rotation, supporting 30–35 cases daily across services.

Qualificações

• Graduate of a Surgical Technology program.
• Active CST certification.
• BLS certification.
• New graduates considered; 1 year of experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Scrub for a variety of surgical procedures including general surgery, OB/GYN, orthopedics, and urology
• Prepare operating rooms and sterile fields for surgical cases
• Anticipate surgeon needs and pass instruments and supplies
• Assist with patient positioning, prepping, and draping
• Maintain aseptic technique and infection control standards
• Assist with room turnover and restocking between cases
• Collaborate with surgeons, nurses, and OR staff
• Support an average of 30–35 cases per day across services
