Saint Joseph Health System in Mishawaka, IN seeks a Surgical Technologist for the Evening shift in the OR. Join our mission-driven team with a 12-hour evening schedule and a generous sign-on bonus of up to $10,000.

Qualifications

• Completion of accredited surgical tech training program.
• NBSTA Certification must be obtained within 1 year of completion of program.
• High School Diploma.
• CPR certification or able to obtain within 60 days.
• 2 years of surgical tech experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Set up and maintain sterile fields for surgery.
• Pass instruments, anticipate surgeon needs, and handle specimens.
• Perform sponge, needle, and instrument counts.
• Clean OR post-procedure and prepare tools for sterilization.

Formation

Completion of accredited surgical tech training program

NBSTA Certification must be obtained within 1 year

High School Diploma

CPR certification

2 years of surgical tech experience preferred
