Qualifications

• Active CST certification.
• BLS certification.

• Scrub for a variety of surgical procedures including general surgery, OB/GYN, orthopedics, and urology
• Prepare operating rooms and sterile fields for surgical cases
• Anticipate surgeon needs and pass instruments and supplies
• Assist with patient positioning, prepping, and draping
• Maintain aseptic technique and infection control standards
• Assist with room turnover and restocking between cases
• Collaborate with surgeons, nurses, and OR staff
• Support an average of 30–35 cases per day across services

Position Overview

• Day shift

• OR-provided scrubs

• Schedule includes 4x10s
• One evening shift per week
• One on-call shift per week
• Weekend call rotation (Saturday and Sunday)
• Holiday call rotation
• No floating required
