This full-time role supports surgeons and nurses by preparing sterile instruments, maintaining sterile fields, and ensuring readiness for procedures. Qualifications include accredited surgical tech training, NBSTA certification within 1 year, CPR (within 60 days), a high school diploma, and preferred 2 years of

Competenze

• Completion of accredited surgical tech training program.
• NBSTA Certification must be obtained within 1 year of completion of program.
• High School Diploma.
• CPR certification or able to obtain within 60 days.
• 2 years of surgical tech experience preferred.

Mansioni

• Set up and maintain sterile fields for surgery.
• Pass instruments, anticipate surgeon needs, and handle specimens.
• Perform sponge, needle, and instrument counts.
• Clean OR post-procedure and prepare tools for sterilization.
