Job summary

OU Health is seeking a Surgical Technologist for the Surgery Center to support the operating room team in day shifts. The role involves scrubbing, preparing sterile fields, and assisting the surgeon with instruments and supplies across multiple procedures.

Entry to mid-level positions with a path to advancement are available. A sign-on bonus up to $5,000 and relocation assistance are offered for qualified candidates.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited Surgical Technology program.
• No experience required; CST preferred.
• BLS required; CST/TS-C is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare operating room using physician preference cards.
• Scrub in and set up instruments and supplies.
• Maintain sterile field throughout procedures.
• Assist with draping and patient positioning as needed.
• Deliver instruments and supplies to the surgeon as required.
• Assist with counts, specimen handling, and postop processing.
