Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Graduate of School for Operating Room Technicians required.
• Previous hospital or surgery-center experience required.
• Certified Surgical Technologist highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Documents accurate and ongoing patient information on perioperative records.
• Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and nurses to ensure patient well-being.
• Maintain asepsis and proper handling of instruments and supplies.
• Assist surgeons in dressing, draping, and instrument counts as required.
• Prepare instrumentation according to physician's preference and scheduled procedures.
