Saint Joseph Health System in Mishawaka is seeking a Surgical Technologist to join our mission-driven operating room team. You will set up and maintain sterile fields, pass instruments, support surgeons and nurses, and help ensure safe, efficient procedures.

Qualifications

• Completion of accredited surgical tech training program.
• NBSTSA Certification must be obtained within 1 year of program completion.
• High School Diploma is required.

Responsibilities

• Set up and maintain sterile fields for surgery.
• Pass instruments, anticipate surgeon needs, and handle specimens.
• Perform sponge, needle, and instrument counts.
• Clean OR post-procedure and prepare tools for sterilization.
