The role offers a $7,500 hiring incentive and a starting hourly rate of $25.25, with up to $5/hr shift differential for evenings, nights, and weekends, plus up to $40,000 in education support toward nursing school.

Full-time, day/evening shift (12-hour) with on-call requirements.

Qualifications

• CST certification is required; exceptions may apply under state rules.
• Graduate from specialty training program in surgical technology.

Responsibilities

• Assist surgeon and team during procedures across all ages.
• Maintain sterile technique and prepare instruments and equipment.
• Support patient care and post-procedure processes.
• Participate in on-call rotations and charting/billing as needed.
