Job summary

Allina Health in Hastings, MN is seeking a Surgical Technologist to join a fast‑paced operating room team. You will prepare the OR, assist during procedures, and ensure sterile technique while supporting the surgeon and circulating staff.

This role requires completion of an accredited Surgical Technology program or Allina Health apprentice program, with on‑call duties after orientation and a 28‑hour‑per‑week schedule.

Qualifications

• Graduate of accredited Surgical Technology program or completion of Allina Health Surgical Technologist Apprentice program

Responsibilities

• Prepares the OR and sets up for procedures
• Identifies supplies, instruments and equipment needed
• Maintains sterile environment and follows aseptic technique
• Assists surgeon in scrub role and performs instrument counts
• May perform in sterile processing and will take call after orientation
