Qualifications

• Education: assoc. degree or surgical technology certificate.
• BLS certification within 30 days of hire.
• Experience scrubbing basic surgical procedures desired.

Responsibilities

• Maintains sterile environment and aseptic technique during procedures.
• Assists with supplies, equipment, and room turnover.
• Handles sterilization, disinfection, and instrument documentation.
• Scrub duties for medical students, residents, and others.
• Positioning assistance and turnover for subsequent cases.
