Job summary

Tenet Massachusetts is seeking a Surgical Technologist to join the Natick, MA operating room team. The role focuses on sterile technique, instrument handling, and support for various surgical procedures.

The position is a full-time staff role with 40 hours per week and 8-hour shifts. A sign-on bonus of up to $20,000 is available for eligible new hires, with standard onboarding including background check and health screening.

Qualifications

• Graduate of surgical technician program as required by state regulation.
• Preferred: 1 year experience as a surgical technician.
• Certifications: BLS; Surgical Technology Certification (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Aseptic technique and scrubbing for surgical procedures.
• Set up equipment, instrumentation, and sterile supplies for cases.
• Scrub and pass instruments during procedures.
• Pull cases, break down at end of procedures, and prep OR for next day.
• On-call as required by unit needs; perform other duties as assigned.
