Job summary

The Redwood Hospital is seeking a part-time Surgical Technologist to provide skilled surgical services under the guidance of a registered nurse, following established care plans and policies. You will join a team delivering exceptional patient care and advancing your career in surgical services.

Flexible daytime shifts Monday–Friday with after-hours on-call rotation and a 20-minute response time on weekdays and weekends. CentraCare offers competitive pay and benefits for eligible candidates.

• Graduate of an accredited Surgical Technician program.
• Certified Surgical Technician.

Job description

As a Surgical Technologist, you will provide skilled surgical services under the guidance of a registered nurse, following established care plans and departmental policies and procedures. Join us to deliver exceptional patient care and advance your career in surgical services!

Schedule

• Part-time | 48 hours per two weeks
• Primarily Monday through Friday, daytime shifts with varied start times.
• Includes after-hours call rotation with a 20-minute response time requirement weekdays and weekends

Pay and Benefits

• Starting pay begins at $30.65 per hour and increases with experience
  • Pay range: $30.65 - $45.98 per hour
• $5,000 tuition loan reimbursement or $2,500 hiring bonus and $5,000 in relocation assistance for eligible candidates

• Eligibility for hiring bonus and relocation bonus: external candidates hired into an eligible full-time or part-time benefited position; prior CentraCare/Carris employees may qualify if not employed by CentraCare for at least 9 months at the date of hire. Additional requirements apply.
