Job summary

St. Charles Surgery Center in Saint Charles, MO is seeking a Surgical Technician to support surgeons, nurses and assistants in the operating room.

You will help prepare instruments, maintain sterile technique, and assist with patient care under supervision to ensure safe, efficient procedures. This full-time role offers a comprehensive benefits package, PTO, and paid holidays, with a schedule Monday–Friday 6am–4pm and some earlier/later shifts as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Two years OR experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assists in surgical operations under supervision, ensuring patient care standards.
• Keeps sterile technique and organises instruments and supplies.
• Supports Nurses and Surgeons in delivering high-quality patient care.
