Job summary

Qualifications

• Association/Surgical Technology education or related military training or equivalent experience
• BLS certification required
• Basic computer skills including Microsoft Word

Responsibilities

• Promote the mission, vision, and values of the organization.
• Function as scrub person during operative and invasive procedures.
• Assemble and prepare sterile supplies and instruments for procedures.
• Maintain sterile field and assist with room setup and draping.
• Provide instruments and supplies to the surgical team during procedures.
• Ensure sterility and proper handling of instruments and dressings.
• Assist with postprocedural cleaning and room turnover.
• Participate in ongoing education and competency verification.
