Job summary

Prime Healthcare is seeking a part-time Operating Room Tech for the Maternity department at Central Maine Medical Center. Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent or related experience required for new hires effective April 2014.
• Graduate of an ORT training program or on the job training with a minimum of 3 years experience.
• Current BLS (AHA) certificate upon hire and maintain current.

Responsibilities

• Prepare sterile supplies and instruments for assigned procedures.
• Maintain sterile field during procedures.
• Provide surgeon with necessary sterile supplies and instruments.

Skills

Experience in scrubbing minor and major procedures
