Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; structured scrub training preferred.
• Tech II/III require higher education or national certification.
• Tech III requires Certified Surgical Technologist credential.

Responsibilities

• Maintain sterile field and prepare sterile instruments, supplies and equipment.
• Set up sterile back table and Mayo stand for procedures.
• Pass instruments and supplies to surgeon during procedures.
• Assist with gowning, gloving, draping and final counts.
• Prepare sterile dressings and assist in room turnover after cases.
