Responsibilities

• Preoperative duties: gowning, prepping instruments, counts, gowning Gloving, preparing sterile field.
• Intraoperative duties: pass instruments, manage meds and solutions, maintain sterile technique.
• Postoperative duties: decontaminate instruments, clean rooms for next patient.
• Maintain privacy and quality, participate in education and competencies.
