Qualifikationen

• Preoperative duties include donning PPE and preparing supplies.
• Intraoperative duties involve passing instruments and maintaining sterile field.
• Postoperative duties cover room prep and equipment cleaning.

Aufgaben

• Preoperative duties: don PPE, gather and open supplies, scrub, gown and gloving, set up sterile tables, counts, assist team.
• Intraoperative duties: pass instruments, monitor sterile field, assist with draping, manage meds and irrigation, coordinate robotic arms.
• Postoperative duties: assist in cleaning, prep for next patient, decontamination of instruments, restock as needed.
• Demonstrates privacy, participates in education and competency verification.
