LiveWell Homecare Agency, LLC seeks an OR Tech II to join the Operating Room team. The role supports safe, efficient surgical procedures and collaborates with perioperative nurses to ensure optimal patient care.

Candidates must have a high school diploma, complete Surgical Technician training, 2–3 years scrub experience across multiple service lines, and NBSTSA certification plus BLS. This is a full-time position with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent and completion of a Surgical Technician training program.
• 2–3 years of OR scrubbing experience across robotics, vascular, neurovascular, general, thoracic, neuro/spine, orthopedics, plastic, and trauma cases.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, interpersonal skills, flexibility, multitasking, and ability to work independently.
• NBSTSA Surgical Technician Certification and current BLS Healthcare Provider Certification required.

Job description

We are seeking an OR Tech II to join the Operating Room team.

Responsibilities include:

• Collaborating with perioperative nurses to organize and deliver age‑specific patient care.
• Maintaining a safe environment to support optimal patient outcomes during surgery.
• Ensuring patients’ physiologic responses to surgery are as expected in the surgical suite and across the perioperative division.

Qualifications:

• High School diploma or equivalent and completion of a Surgical Technician training program.
• 2-3 years of experience with strong knowledge in scrubbing for various service lines including robotics, vascular, neurovascular, general, thoracic, neuro/spine, orthopedics, plastic, and trauma cases.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, interpersonal skills, flexibility, multitasking, and ability to work independently.
• Certification as a Surgical Technician (NBSTSA) and current BLS Healthcare Provider Certification from the American Heart Association are required.
