Job summary

Memorial Health University Medical Center in Savannah, GA seeks a Surgical Technologist to support surgical teams with instrument setup, sterile technique, and patient care across procedures. You will scrub in, assist during operations, and help prepare the operating room for safe, efficient care.

Qualifications

• Must obtain Basic Cardiac Life Support within 30 days of start date.

Responsibilities

• Set up and maintain the surgical suite with instruments and equipment for safe procedures.
• Assist with patient transport, positioning, prepping, and draping to ensure comfort and safety.
• Scrub in and hand instruments, handle specimens, and anticipate the team’s needs.
• Monitor patients and equipment during procedures and respond to concerns promptly.
• Uphold sterile technique and support efficient room turnover in a collaborative team.
