SCA Health is seeking a Non-Certified Surgical Technologist to support sterile processing and operative teams on-site. You will scrub, prepare instruments, and help ready rooms for subsequent patients in a dynamic operating suite.

The ideal candidate holds a high school diploma or GED, has completed a Surgical Technologist course, and brings two years of OR experience; military training in surgical tech is a plus. ORT certification is preferred, with competitive hourly pay.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Completion of Surgical Technologist course required.
• Two years’ operating room experience preferred.
• ASC experience preferred.
• ORT certification preferred.
• Military training programs in surgical technology are considered a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Function as a scrub person during operative and other invasive procedures.
• Clean and prepare surgical instruments for processing and transport to decontamination areas.
• Assist with post procedure cleaning of the operative or other invasive procedure room and preparation of room for subsequent patients.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.
