Job summary

Surgery Partners, Inc. is seeking a Surgical Technologist to assist surgeons during procedures, prepare the OR, and maintain a sterile environment. The role includes cleaning/sterilizing instruments and monitoring PAR levels to ensure smooth operations.

Experience in Ortho/ Spine and Ophthalmology is highly preferred; certification is preferred but experience can substitute. Comprehensive benefits are provided by the employer.

Qualifications

• Certification preferred; experience may substitute.
• Ortho/ Spine and Ophthalmology experience preferred.
• Ability to maintain sterile environment and assist during procedures.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and organize the operating room for procedures.
• Clean and sterilize instruments and maintain sterile field.
• Assist surgeons during surgeries and monitor instrument PAR levels.
• Support post-operative cleanup and equipment readiness.
