Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required at hire.
• Certified Surgical Technologist or equivalent certification required at hire.
• Basic Life Support (CPR) within 14 days of hire.
• Licensed Vocational Nurse: CA, upon hire.
• Technologist in Surgery-Certified, upon hire.
• Certified First Assistant - Certified Surgical Technologists, upon hire.

Responsibilities

• Set up surgical equipment and instruments for procedures.
• Assist the surgical team and maintain a sterile environment.
• Adapt quickly and collaborate within the OR team.
• Contribute to patient healing through careful support of complex procedures.
