Job summary

Hackensack Meridian Pascack Valley Medical Center in Westwood, NJ is seeking a full-time Surgical Technician (OR) to support the operating room team during day shifts. The role involves assisting surgeons, performing scrub duties, and maintaining sterile technique to ensure patient safety.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist the surgeon in the sterile field per AORN Standards.
• Perform scrub duties across multiple specialties/procedures.
• Ensure sterile supplies and equipment are available for each case.
• Assist with circulating duties under the RN circulator.
• Adhere to hospital, state, and departmental policies.
