Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; CST program enrollment preferred.
• Must obtain CST certification within 90 days of program completion.
• Good written and verbal communication skills; English fluency required.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing the room for surgery and gather sterile supplies.
• Scrub for surgeries and pass instruments to surgeons.
• Assist with patient positioning and transport as directed.
• Prepare and maintain sterile fields; ensure aseptic technique.
• Support team communication and safety standards in the OR.
