Job summary

Baylor Scott and White Medical Center Frisco at PGA Parkway in Frisco, TX is seeking a Surgical Technologist II to join our operating room team. This full-time role features three 12-hour day shifts weekly (7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.), with rotating call shifts including weekends.

As a CST, you will scrub into procedures, prepare the operative field, and support the surgical team by ensuring instrument readiness, sterility, and timely supplies throughout cases.

Qualifications

• Graduated from an accredited surgical technology program.
• Two years of recent CST experience required.
• Must hold CST certification (NBSTSA) or equivalent.
• BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Scrub into surgeries and prepare instruments prior to procedures.
• Set up sterile fields and ensure proper instrument counts.
• Maintain and organize the instrument table during operations.
• Assist with draping, positioning, and passing instruments to the team.
• Follow infection control and safety guidelines in OR.
