Qualifications

• 2-year Associate's degree or 4-year Bachelor degree with specialized training in surgical processes, anatomy, instrumentation or equipment.
• Two years of operating room technician experience required.
• Certification as Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) and current CPR/BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare sterile supplies and equipment for surgical procedures.
• Maintain sterile field and ensure equipment safety and readiness.
• Assist in exposure, hemostasis, and intraoperative tasks under surgeon guidance.
• Communicate effectively with circulator, nurse, surgeon, anesthesia, and other departments.
