Sign-on bonus of $20,000 for eligible external candidates, with potential relocation assistance. This role supports the OR team and patient care across service lines at Sacred Heart Medical Center-Spokane.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a Surgical Technology course.
• Washington Surgical Technologist Registration upon hire.
• National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire.
• Current experience as a registered Surgical Technologist.

Responsibilities

• Function as the scrub technologist in the surgical suite, setting up the sterile table with instruments, supplies and equipment, and passing instruments to the surgeon during procedures.
• Maintain sterile technique and care for instruments following the procedure; may be assigned to Case Carts, Turnover Team and Service Line Surgical Technologists.
• Assist in circulating duties under RN supervision and support efficient OR throughput.
